ROE DEER POPULATION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND OUR HUNTING GROUND

Thanks to their good adaptability, roe deers are present all over the Czecc Republic, from the intensively cultivated plains to the mountain areas’ forests. The amount of roe deers has been increasing increasing for a long time. In 1993, 264 thousand roe deers were present within the Czech Republic’s territory. Hunting statistics indicate that the population apexes every 7-9 years (1951, 1962, 1969, 1977, 1986 and 1993). Experts foresee a strong increase in the population (up to 300000 deers). Each year, the hunters shoot approximately 20000 roe deers.

TYPES OF RED DEER HUNT AND THE HIGHEST CIC POINTS TROPHIES

Roe Deer hunting in the Czech republic is carried out mainly by stalking in free range or still hunt near the mangers set on the hunting grounds. During summer, it is also possible to practice roebuck-call hunt, a kind of gripping hunt that requires the hunter to silently approach the roe deer while staying cool to obtain a good shot. From 2000 to 2013 the highest CIC POINTS trophy (164,9 CIC) was shot in South Moravia. Of course, it is not a problem for us to offer to our customers very exciting roe deer hunting days with some good medal trophies. We heartily recommend booking in advance, especially if your are interested in receiving medal trophies. Please, check our roe deer hunting offer:
